royk
royk is some weird game that looks a lot like Terraria in concept, but which has a 1 pixel block size. This means that it could be used as a paint program in essence, assuming that you have enough materials.
There's a lot more to this project, really. There's a thread over here. It is most likely more up to date than this page, at least for now
